Juan Rojas brings strategy and heart to every financial conversation. As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Phases Financial Group, he helps clients navigate their financial lives with clarity, confidence, and intention. Before launching Phases, Juan spent years at several prominent Wall Street firms, including Citigroup, A.G. Edwards, Smith Barney, and TD Ameritrade, gaining deep industry insight and honing his approach to client-focused advising. Juan holds designations as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®), and he has completed Wharton’s Portfolio Management Program. He remains committed to continually expanding his knowledge of economics, markets, and money management, bringing clients timely strategies grounded in today’s evolving financial landscape.
While the majority of Juan’s clients are based in Silicon Valley, he is fully licensed to work with individuals and families throughout the U.S. and has a growing international client base. He is well-versed in cross-border financial planning and foreign exchange, and regularly assists clients with international assets and complexities.
Juan specializes in tax-advantaged investing, generational wealth transfer, and cash flow and retirement income planning. He is particularly attuned to the needs of recent divorcees, widows, and multigenerational families, and is expanding his work with professional athletes and high-net-worth individuals navigating complex transitions. Raised in Northern California, Juan brings both local insight and global perspective to his practice. He is fluent in Spanish and values inclusive, culturally aware service.
Outside the office, Juan is an empty nester who enjoys hiking with his wife and their German Shepherd, Cali. He’s a dedicated baseball fan and proud supporter of Baseball Without Borders, a nonprofit that delivers baseball gear to underserved youth both domestically and internationally, having reached over 32 countries to date.
